Menlo women rally past Royals to win in GSAC basketball


Breanna Turner and Aaliyah Sowards each scored 14 points and the Menlo College women's basketball team rallied from a 10-point deficit to beat visiting Hope International, 81-73, in a Golden State Athletic Conference contest Thursday night.

Vanessa D'Amico and Anisah Smith each added 12 points for the Oaks (10-12, 3-6 GSAC), who snapped a three-game losing streak with their fourth win in the past five home games. Fia Hoskinson had 11 points. Read the story here.
