How to apply for Belle Haven mini grants

Assistance with applying for mini grants of $500 or $1,000 from the Belle Haven Community Development Fund will offered Wednesday, Feb. 17, at the Onetta Harris Community Center computer lab, 100 Terminal Ave. in Menlo Park. Call (650) 450-5484 to make an appointment.

The deadline for applications is 6 p.m. on April 5.

The Belle Haven Mini Grants program offers small grants for local projects and events that benefit the Belle Haven neighborhood of Menlo Park.

All residents of Belle Haven ages 10 or older are eligible to apply, as are groups with a significant number of members residing in Belle Haven and local businesses that benefit the Belle Haven community.

More information sessions and workshops will be held in coming months, with the next at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 5, at the Onetta Harris Community Center.

The mini grants program is supported by the city of Menlo Park and administered by the Belle Haven Community Development Fund, a partner fund of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation.

Go to Belle Haven Mini Grant Program web page or email BelleHavenMiniGrant@gmail.com for more information.
