Story time programs in Belle Haven

The Belle Haven Community Library has launched two weekly story time programs, targeted to different age groups.

Each session runs 30 to 40 minutes and covers a range of age-appropriate books, said library assistant Blanca Madriz.

Baby and toddler storytime, for infants and children ages 6 months through 3 years, takes place Saturdays at 12:30 p.m.

Family storytime, for children from about age 5 through 8, is on Wednesdays at 6 p.m., and pajamas are welcome.

The Belle Haven Community Library, located at 413 Ivy Drive in Menlo Park, will also host monthly family game nights, scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Children 10 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

All events are free and no registration is necessary.
