Legends, Caps recover from losses to record baseball victories

 

The Menlo Park Legends and the PUF Caps had a similar couple of days in baseball.

The Legends responded to a loss on Tuesday with a 5-4 road victory over the San Mateo Rounders on Wednesday at De Anza College.

The Caps also recovered from a Tuesday defeat to beat the Neptune Pearl, 7-3, at USF on Wednesday.

In both cases, the teams had to come from behind and rely on solid relief pitching.
