Portola Valley home burglarized Monday morning

 

Someone burglarized an unoccupied residence on Granada Court in Portola Valley at about 11:45 a.m. Monday (June 27), the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office has reported.

The Sheriff's Office is investigating the burglary and advises that there are no safety concerns in the area.

Residents are urged to lock their doors and windows.

Burglaries are so rare in Portola Valley that each one gets a press release from the Sheriff's Department? Seems to me that there are so many burglaries in Menlo Park and Palo Alto that the police blotters just give a total weekly count instead of listing each case.

how about reconsidering the camera at the 3 exits of Portola Valley ? Maybe we can catch the culprits
