Lacrosse champions

It was a good season for the Firehawks, a lacrosse team for boys 12 and younger living in Woodside, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Portola Valley and nearby communities.

The Firehawks defeated the South Marin Wolfpack 12-9 on May 22, finishing the season with a 15-0 record and capturing the championship for their bracket in the Northern California Junior Lacrosse Association.
