'Make America Kind Again' vigil in Menlo Park

In a vigil with a goal to "Make America Kind Again," organized by Gail Sredanovic, people with candles walk by Fremont Park in downtown Menlo Park on the evening of Friday, Nov. 18.

"This is pretty much nonpolitical," Ms. Sredanovic told the Almanac, in a passing reference to the election of Donald Trump as president. "It's just an expression of humane support."
