Not much was expected from the Menlo School baseball team this season after 12 seniors departed via graduation off last year’s Central Coast Section championship team.
The Knights went into the CCS Division II playoffs as the No. 11 seed. But after a 2-1 win Saturday over Half Moon Bay at Sacred Heart Prep, they are two wins away from repeating as CCS champs and winning the seventh CCS baseball title in school history. Read the story here.
