Charlie Smith and Michaela Llewelyn filled the top two spots of the Menlo-Atherton girls tennis singles ladder rather nicely Tuesday to help the Bears beat host Hillsdale, 6-1, in a Peninsula Athletic League Bay Division match.
Katie Donahue also won her singles match as Menlo-Atherton (6-3, 4-0) extended its winning in regular-season league matches to 48.
The Bears visit St. Francis for a nonleague match Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. The Lancers eliminated M-A from last year’s Central Coast Section tournament at Cuesta Park.
