Ryan Friere singled home the tying run and then scored the go-ahead run as Sacred Heart rallied past visiting Sequoia, 8-5, on Wednesday in a Peninsula Athletic League contest.
The victory brings the Gators (20-6, 10-3) closer to a possible Bay Division championship, with one game remaining in the regular season. Sacred Heart Prep travels to Sequoia on Friday for a 4 p.m. league contest. Read the story here.
