Monday: Information session for Menlo Park City Council candidates

Event is open to the public

City Council candidates in Menlo Park who want to learn more about the job description of a city elected official -- or who are curious to learn more about how the city operates, how the council and staff interact, how department budgets work, or what projects are on the city's work plan -- are invited to attend an informational session to be held Monday, Sept. 10, from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Menlo Park City Council Chambers, located at 701 Laurel St. in the Menlo Park Civic Center.

The event is free and open to the public.
