Update: Marsh Road reopens after water main break

 

Westbound Marsh Road at Fair Oaks Avenue in Atherton has reopened after a water main break this morning (Feb. 8).

Police reported the closure at 8:15 a.m. through an email alert, and the road reopened around 2 p.m., said Martin Gonzalez, a superintendent at California Water Service Company. Water flooded some nearby residents' yards, but there wasn't any flooding inside of the homes, he said.
