SHP, Menlo remain unbeaten in WBAL boys basketball play

Diatta scores 20 points and Priory girls win their WBAL opener

Charlie Selna scored a career-high 21 points and Sacred Heart Prep beat host The King's Academy 71-59 to keep pace with Menlo School atop the West Bay Athletic League boys basketball standings.

The Knights downed visiting Pinewood 64-20 as Daniel Solomon scored 11 points. David Ajanaku-Makun scored 29 points and Priory beat visiting Eastside Prep 47-42 to remain a game back of the co-leaders. The Panthers (9-4, 2-1) host Harker at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. Read the story here.
