Home sales: Menlo Park has week’s highest sale at $5.57M

A complete list of home sales on the Midpeninsula, where Menlo Park recorded the highest sale at $5.57 million for a five-bedroom home built in 1997 and located in the Menlo Oaks neighborhood close to St. Patrick’s Seminary. The property last sold for $3.15 million in 2012.

Home sales are provided by California REsource, a real estate information company that obtains the information from the County Recorder's Office. Information is recorded from deeds after the close of escrow and published within four to eight weeks.
