The home was built in 2013 and purchased that year by a trust tied to Allen. The property was initially listed last fall for $41.48 million.
Home sales are provided by California REsource, a real estate information company that obtains the information from the County Recorder’s Office. Information is recorded from deeds after the close of escrow and published within four to eight weeks.
