Gunn 52, El Camino 50
Gunn nearly doubled its points total in the second half to rally past El Camino in a non-league contest Monday.
Early foul trouble had the Titans (7-4) out of sync, which led to a 24-18 halftime deficit.
Gunn rebounded with a strong second half and iced the game by making its free throws down the stretch.
Carmel Tong and Vallory Kuelker each scored 13 points for Gunn, which hosts Monta Vista (9-6) at 7 p.m. Wednesday in a Santa Clara Valley Athletic League El Camino Division contest. Monta Vista is unbeaten in three league games.

Sydney Stewart scored 20 points and had nine rebounds and St. Francis ended its three-game losing streak Monday, beating visiting Monta Vista 58-40.
Jami Gorospe added 11 points and Allie Dauer had 10 for the Lancers (11-3), who return to West Catholic Athletic League play with a 7:30 p.m. home game against Valley Christian (11-3) on Friday night.

St. Francis dropped its third straight, this time 73-70 to host Mitty in double overtime on Monday.
The Lancers (9-5, 1-3) have lost their last three games by an average of six points. They hope to bounce back Wednesday at Serra in a WCAL contest.
Girls soccer
Kamryn Rosa scored in her third straight match, helping St. Francis battle defending Central Coast Section Open Division champs Mitty to a 1-1 tie.
The Lancers (7-0-3, 1-0-2) travel to play Valley Christian at 3:15 p.m. Wednesday.
Boys soccer
Zaid Issa scored with an assist from Javier Lores Esteve but Los Altos fell to host Santa Clara 3-1 on Monday.
