Drivers could once again traverse a section of state Highway 35 in unincorporated San Mateo County this afternoon (Dec. 20) after downed power lines forced a closure this morning.
The lines came down at about 9:15 a.m. near Morse Lane in Skylonda, closing Highway 35 between Bear Gulch Road and state Highway 84, according to county emergency officials.
CHP Officer Art Montiel said the roadway was reopened at 1:30 p.m.
