Sacred Heart Prep junior Sara Choy continued her mastery of high school tennis with her third straight West Bay Athletic League singles title and Kaitlin Hao and Vivian Liu kept the doubles title at Menlo in Tuesday’s individual tournament.

Choy defeated Pinewood’s Haley Mathews in the championship match. Mathews was the lone player who managed to take a game from Choy.

Castilleja’s Wallis Hess won the third-place match.

The Central Coast Section team tournament begins Monday and the individual tournament opens the following Monday, Nov. 15.

Choy extended her record to 74-0 against high school competition.

The Menlo duo of Hao and Liu defeated Harker’s Lizzie Schick and Gina Partridge 7-5, 6-2 in the final.

In the semis, they beat Katherine Salibury and Nathalie Rotenberg of Sacred Heart Prep, 3-6, 6-4, 6-1.

After a first-round bye, Hao and Liu defeated Woodside Priory’s Delara Fotovatjah in the second round 6-3, 7-5.

Menlo’s Ellen Cho and Charlotte Lee fell in their first-round singles matches.
