The street will be filled with music stages, food trucks, food and drink tents, arts and crafts and amusement park-style rides.
Menlo Summer Fest's lineup of 13 bands and DJs this year includes: East Bay Mudd, Rock Steady SF, The Riekestra, Delta Wires, The Illeagles, and DJ I-Cue. The groups will perform on two big stages along with multiple smaller locations.
Street food will include coffee-rubbed beef brisket, Teriyaki chicken, burritos, WaHaKa bowls with organic veggies, paella, watermelon, lemonade and juices, and shaved ice, to name a few.
Fleet Feet Menlo Park is also sponsoring a free 5K fun run and walk, beginning at 9 a.m. on Sunday in Fremont Park. Register at tinyurl.com/MSF-FRWalk.
The organizers request that festival-goers leave their pets at home.
