According to Community Development Director Mark Muenzer, the proposal is tentatively scheduled for discussion by the Planning Commission sometime in May, pending the completion of an analysis of what public benefits the developer might be expected to provide to the city.
Muenzer noted that the proposed development contains "retail space that a restaurant could conceivably be a part of."
