The exact terms of the agreement had not been made public, but more information was to become available in Menlo Park's City Council agenda packet to be published on July 21, after The Almanac's Wednesday press deadline. Most of the terms remain the same as in the current contract, according to an email City Manager Justin Murphy sent to a resident.
Multiple attempts to reach Sheeper for comment were not successful.
If a majority of the council votes in favor of the terms, Sheeper will continue management of Burgess Pool through Aug. 31, 2023.
