Bike to Work ... and Preschool Day

Original post made by Andrea Gemmet, Almanac staff writer, on May 17, 2007

Aaron Lipp gets a little help from his dad Joshua at Woodside's Bike to Work "energizer station" this morning. Aaron fueled up while on his way to preschool, says Susan Doherty of the Woodside Bike Committee.
The Woodside Bike to Work Energizer Station saw a 100% increase in the number of cyclists this year over 2006, Ms. Doherty says. Volunteers Tom Koos and Rick Anderson worked the station at Alameda de Las Pulgas and Woodside Road from 6:30 to 9:30 am. on Thursday, May 17.
