Janet Davis: Have you ever been confronted with an armed parolee who will do anything to avoid going back to prison? Have you ever attempted to catch one of these criminals that have absolutely no regard for the law or public safety? Your comments were extremely niave and uneducated. These criminals are the most dangerous kind. Nothing to lose. Many officers/deputies have been murdered by criminals like these all across the nation. Many innocent citizens have been victimized by these type of criminals. You have no idea what the person was on parole for...the deputies did. Thank them for doing their job and putting the bad guys in jail...instead of criticizing something you know nothing about.

I agree that the police are doing their job. And a fine one at that.

If anyone wants to question largess or stops on Menlo Park's gravy train, look to our city manager who pockets a cool $250,000.00 a year. That is an outrage that deserves an audit or two. Not the police hunting a criminal.

Anyway, on to other crimes, the police are doing a fine job and I applaud their efforts in pursuing the mail theif.

More "Joanna" and more lies.

Prove to me right now the city manager makes $250K. I see it much lower than that. My math tells me it is $210K roughly. Still high? Yes. But my greater point is that Joanna cannot tell the truth on any post.

Falsies,

It seems you have an "agenda" that you are addressing. On cue, you dodge true topics and provide nothing but puerile remarks. $210k, $250k, whatever. What is it after taxes, kid? Doesn't matter. The point is that it is a lot. The fact that you are still trying to find anyway to discredit another user on this forum is inexcusable and quite telling. Try being subtle about it next time.

The point of this thread is that the police are doing their job. They are doing their job well in fact.

Blue collar and white collar crimes should be addressed fully.

and i will be here until you either run away and hide or start acting your age and get honest.

Now Joanna assumes I am a male with no basis. Same story, same bad information.
