Ethics Hearings Part Two

Original post made by stunned yet again, Atherton: other, on Oct 16, 2010

Dear Almanac Editors:
For next Wednesday's Atherton Council Meeting, the closed session agenda shows the first item of litigation to be discussed as being yet another lawsuit from Peninsula Pacific Group against the Town, but this time naming "50 John Does" who are to be added to their claim. I can't even tell by the notice what they might be suing for this time around. Does the Almanac know or care to find out?
[Portion removed; personal attack.]
Could the Town end up in receivership to PPG if they keep this up? Or do they own us already and we just haven't figured it out yet?

Editor:

I again bring your attention to your inconstancy on leaving up and removing posts for innuendo and rumour. What is this post other than innuendo and rumour? Pleas, either be consitent or stop pullig down posts.
