Local watercolor Artist, Christina Holmes, will be holding an Art Reception at Allegro Framing & Art, located in the Ladera Shopping Center, 3130 Alpine Road. She will be showcasing her Western Watercolors, framed beautifully by Jeff Hernandez, owner of Allegro Framing.
