Love to play jazz? Come to Jazz Jam on July 29

Original post made by CSMA, another community, on Jul 25, 2012

Community School of Music and Arts (CSMA) in Mountain View hosts jazz jam sessions several times per year. The Jam is open to all players and vocalists ranging in experience from professional to intermediate levels and of all ages. On the average, a typical CSMA Jammer is one who has had several years of playing experience on gigs or at other jams and is comfortable playing tunes from the Real Book, either from memory or sight reading the chart at the jam. In addition, if there is sufficient demand, we will organize a coached session for emerging players.

The next session is this Sunday, July 29! To sign up for the jam, complete the online form at bit.ly/MIBEFD by NOON on FRIDAY, July 27.
