A garden that tolerates drought? A free two-hour class on how to create such a garden for yourself, and/or how to find and work with someone who can do it for you, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 11, in Portola Valley

The free class, “How to Plan and Design a Drought-Tolerant Garden,” meets in the Community Hall at 765 Portola Road.

This class is offered through the Bay Area Water Supply & Conservation Agency (BAWSCA). Space is limited and registration is required.
