Veteran now considered competent to stand trial over Woodside shovel attack

Milo Mcintosh Imrie, a former Marine infantryman in Afghanistan, is now competent to stand trial in connection with a December 2012 incident in Woodside that led to charges of assault with a deadly weapon (a shovel) and attempting to disarm a police officer, San Mateo County prosecutors say.

Is this Marine getting any help from the VA; help to which he is automatically entitled for serving our country?
