Eshoo pledges 'no' vote on Syria strike

U.S. Rep. Anna Eshoo, D-Meno Park, came out Wednesday against U.S. military action in Syria, saying she would prefer a diplomatic solution to address the country's chemical weapons stockpile.

Thank you, Rep. Anna Eshoo! It's terrific that our Congressmember shares the values of the Midpeninsula community and recognizes that military action will not solve the complex situation in Syria.

I wouldn't call Anna ESchoo a great Congressmember, often just the opposite but with this pledge she has gone a long way to winning my support. I will remember this when the next election roll around.
