Is anyone else embarrassed by how long it took for this brave soldier's family to get the recognition Sgt Dentino deserved 41+ years ago? I applaud Rep Eshoo but this should not have needed her help. Vets and their families are going through way too much aggravation to get the help they need. Thank a VET for our freedom and write your representative to fix the problems at the VA NOW.

Dear,

Appreciative of the Military, a resident of Atherton… I totally hear you, but just so you and everyone knows… The VA was not the "problem"/issue. Fortunately, when the VA heard about this and that the family would be honored, they offered their location and Veterans Day Celebrations as an avenue for this family to be honored.
