Even the great Obama could not prevent GM from going into Bankruptcy. GM filed for Chapter 11 reorganization in the Manhattan New York federal bankruptcy court on June 1, 2009.

Obama did not kill Bin Laden. Jose Rodriguez, the director of CIA Clandestine Services waterboarded an Al Qaeda member which gave the crucil information on the location of UBL. VADM William McGraven got the go ahead from President Bush to plan the operation for the capture and execution of Bin Laden. When Bin Laden was finally located in Abbottabad, President Obama, after much hand ringing, gave the final approval. The vast majority of the intelligence gathering and Mission planning was under President's Bush watch.

If Obama has been president during the Bush years there is no question that this would have never got off the ground. Obama would have been like Bill Clinton who had Bin Laden in his sights twice before 2001 and did not have the courage to extinguish the threat. If Clinton had any backbone 9/11 would not have happened.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Steven Rhodes said in his ruling that "pensions can be cut because they are contracts". Unions such as the SEIU and AFSME bleed their cities dry. They should take notice that if a city goes bankrupt they are at risk of having their pensions cut. And cities will be smart and file in U.S. Bankruptcy Court which is out of reach of the liberal California Court system.
