Movie Review: 'The Judge'

Here comes "The Judge." It's been a while since we've seen a movie so…Grisham-y. But here we are again with big movie stars and character actors facing courtroom cases converging with personal crises -- including, crucially, one of conscience.

Where did the movie the judge get their name for the town, because I live in Carlinville Il and was wondering is there some connection

I went to see this last night. I enjoyed it very much. Yes a tad long in retrospect but it never felt long in the theater. It was almost a mystery as it unfolded. Gave you hints and answers slowly. Duvall and Downey are always enjoyable to watch. I recommend it.
