it's not about 'unhappiness'. People know when they are treated badly -- and the poor attitude and behavior of the current Leadership towards the volunteer base has been ongoing for far too long. The 'email' is sterile, devoid of any serious attempt to reach out to the volunteer fellowship.

Many see this for what it is -- not a serious attempt at reconciliation. It is an attempt at damage control - not a genuine attempt to reach out to the volunteers.

The volunteers deserve a better Governing Board -- the people who sit on it know better. We trusted them.
