"according to a pollster for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's Likud party."
Now there's an impartial witness!
Who really interfered the most in a foreign ally's election? John Boneher.
Anyway, Bibi is an warmongering 'maroon'... look at the Israeli papers:
"“There is no question whatsoever that Saddam is seeking and is working and is advancing towards the development of nuclear weapons – no question whatsoever,” Netanyahu, then a private citizen, told the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform on September 12, 2002. “And there is no question that once he acquires it, history shifts immediately.”"
Liar, liar, pants on fire, Bibi.

If President Obama’s campaign operatives were smart they should have considered a recent CNN poll showing that the majority of Israelis don’t trust President Obama. What a shocking revelation! For the life of me I can't understand why they don't trust Obama. What gives?
Obama's specious contention of not being involved in the PM election is ludicrous. Apparently, it’s perfectly fine to send the same campaign team that ran and is still involved in the daily social media messaging for the Obama team over to Israel to try to influence an election using the same tactics they use here, such as busing in voters and making robo-calls twisting the facts about Netanyahu. They were up to their necks in guile, duplicity, and deceit and were caught red handed!
The Obama administration can’t seem to get its act together and its truly embarrassing at how amateurish it is. The Obama Administration is the laughing stock of the Middle East and has been for quite some time. Not a single MENA leader trusts our President, therefore they can’t trust the U.S. That means our country is losing prestige and power because of Obama's bumbling Middle East North Africa policy.

"showing that the majority of Israelis don't trust President Obama"
You seem to forget that Barack Obama is The American President.
It's not our job, nor President Obama's, to be loved by citizens of a country that takes billions of American tax dollars a year, lies to us, is a Non-signatory of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, etc...
As for the Israelis and the toxic environment in the Middle East, it was made worse by ISIS, which exists because George W Bush destroyed Iraq (coincidentally, using the same WMD lies that were echoed by Bibi Netanyahu.
I'm sorry that @Hill.comReader is more interested in a liar such as Bibi, and the fickle opinions of those who voted for the liar, opposed to the United States of America.
There is room in the illegal settlements, if you wish to go join them.
Will gladly trade you, someone who cares more for another country than for America, for the Billions of US Taxpayer Dollars we send every year.
Done deal.

Bibi,
You must be terribly confused. Bush secured the victory in Iraq and Obama frittered it away. He drew down forces when people in his administration argued that they must be kept there. Even Leon Panetta excoriated Obama for doing so.

Then Obama has the hubris to call ISIS the JV. It is Obama's bumbling ineptitude that has made the U.S. foreign policy look ridiculous in the eyes of the rest of the world.

Here ya go folks: "Bush secured the victory in Iraq and Obama frittered it away."
Fantasy-world, meet so-called @HillReader.
We left Iraq (in a shambles, of course, with sectarian civil war, which fuels ISIS,) because Bush lied us into war (WMD) and then Bush signed the SFA requiring us to withdrawal. Bibi echoed the lies that cost us trillions and THOUSANDS OF BRAVE AMERICAN LIVES.
"The U.S.–Iraq Status of Forces Agreement (official name: Agreement Between the United States of America and the Republic of Iraq On the Withdrawal of United States Forces from Iraq and the Organization of Their Activities during Their Temporary Presence in Iraq) was a status of forces agreement (SOFA) between Iraq and the United States, signed by President GEORGE W BUSH in 2008. It established that U.S. combat forces would withdraw from Iraqi cities by June 30, 2009, and all U.S. forces will be completely out of Iraq by December 31, 2011"
You can live in your fantasy-world, either here or in Israel, but the facts are:
"signed by President GEORGE W BUSH in 2008.... and all U.S. forces will be completely out of Iraq by December 31, 2011"
So @HillReader can read, but clearly does not comprehend what is written in The Hill - Web Link">Web Link
From The Hill: "The Hill has obtained text of the agreement struck by U.S. and Iraqi Cabinet officials that requires all U.S. forces to leave Iraq by 2011.
The Cabinet of Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki approved the deal Sunday. The pact, officially known as a Status of Forces Agreement, still needs approval from the Iraqi Parliament. The Bush administration had initially opposed a definite timetable for a troop withdrawal when negotiations over the deal began more than a year ago.
Here's the portion of the agreement that sets the withdrawal.

Does this "reader" character have too much time on their hands? And why all of these topics on a local news website?
C'mon, man.

The SOFA signed by Bush gave Obama what he wanted. The SOFA was signed on December 14, 2008 and President Bush acceded to President Elect Obama's request. Obama asked for the SOFA on his terms, he he got it, then he screwed it up. What a surprise. The liberal dilettante couldn't make what he asked for to work. And of course "Its all Bush's fault."
This is an excerpt from Foreign Policy.
Web Link
"When the Iraqis insisted on an Obama-style timeline for U.S. withdrawal instead of a Bush/McCain- style conditions-based aspirational time frame for U.S. withdrawal, he could have insisted on the latter. This would have fit with his administration’s often-repeated preferences. He could have continued to push for this conception closer to the December 31 deadline, playing high-stakes chicken at the expense of American military planning for the coming year and at the risk of the Iraqi political system not having adequate time to ratify the deal.
But he didn’t. To his credit, Bush agreed to the Obama-style timeline for U.S. withdrawal."

Reader is rewriting history... Bush was IN Iraq touting his SOFA when that Iraqi threw his shoe at him.

Foreign Policy magazine has received critical acclaim for its insightful reporting worldwide. To compare Foreign Policy to the incoherent rantings of an ill-informed leftist is laughable. At President Elect Obama's request Bush revised the SOFA. He gave Obama what he wanted and Obama just could not make his own policy work. If Obama had not asked Bush to change the SOFA perhaps he would not have lost Iraq. There was virtually no terrorist activity in Iraq when Obama took over as president and now it is a terrorist anarchic state run by the "JV".

"At President Elect Obama's request Bush revised the SOFA."
Laughable.
But go ahead, give us some more examples where Republicans have said to President Obama: "sure, you want it, we'll change our ways and do that for you, Mr. President"
I'll wait...
...and wait, and wait, and wait.
It is so laughable to think that Dick Cheney would allow Lil' Bubba Dubya to just sneak a change into the SOFA to satisfy Obama, that I seriously question @hillreaders ability to view the world outside his partisan Glenn Beck glasses.
Proof of your insanity follows.

Insanity 101 - "There was virtually no terrorist activity in Iraq when Obama took over as president"
Complete rewrite of history, or gross ineptitude for the sake of debate? You decide. I'm going with "Glenn Beckian Fool" who can't distinguish fact from Fox right wing lies.
Listed below, 2009 terrorist bombings roughly equivalent to 2008 bombings; the 2009, 2010 and 2011 bombings are all less than the 2007 bombings.

Obama inherited from Bush a peaceful Iraq, where al Qaeda had been resoundingly defeated — both militarily and ideologically.
Militarily, thanks to Bush’s surge, al Qaeda was driven from the strongholds it had established in Anbar and other Iraqi provinces. It controlled no major territory, and it’s top leader, Abu Mussab al-Zarqawi had been killed.
Ideologically, al Qaeda had suffered a massive rejection by the Iraqi Sunni population. Iraq was supposed to be ground zero for al Qaeda to rally Sunnis to drive America out. Instead, thanks to Bush's surge, the Sunnis joined with Americans to drive al Qaeda out of Iraq. This was a major ideological defeat for al Qaeda and liberals in America.
So al Qaeda in Iraq, now taken over by the JV (aka ISIS),had been beaten on the battlefield and rejected by the Sunnis it speciously claimed to represent. In fact, the Iraq situation Obama inherited was so good that the his administration was actually trying to take credit for Bush's accomplishments. Joe Biden declared that Iraq “could be one of the great achievements of the Obama administration.” Then Obama, through his sheer incompetence screws it up.
So libs listen up. When Bush does good, Obama takes credit for it. Then when Obama takes the gift handed to him by Bush on a silver platter and royally screws it up then it is Bush's fault.

Iraq was NOT peaceful in 2008 or 2009.
You are completely wrong.
Iraq was off the front page, but the Bush created civil war was ongoing.
