Atherton Police Officer receives Death Threat

The PADP Jen Nowell reported today that an Atherton Police Officer received an e-mail Death Threat last Wednesday night.

The e-mail came from a former Atherton resident who stated "He would kill the Officer in front of his friends."

Why isn't this man is custody today? Threatening to kill anybody is terrible, but to threaten a Police Officer is even worse because they protect the public and are out in the open all the time.

James Gluz 31 has been arrested in Florida.

He has made another threat according to the PADP after he was arrested, He told police "He is going to Atherton to kill officers when he is released from custody."

Lets hope he stays in Florida custody for a long time.
