Thank goodness Chuck Bernstein is on this board! Firefighters pay up 18% over four years? The Chief gets a salary of $243K, plus all perks and exorbitant pension? Chuck is the only one on this Board was is watching the money. This Board is getting steamrolled into over the top salary and pension obligations we will all be paying for for a long time.

I don't know where your numbers came from but the link will provide you with SF Fire Dept salaries for Chief's, Deputy Chief's Etc. You'll have to dig a little, but they are orders of magnitude higher than what you posted.
