Trump refuses to release taxes to you, demands VP release their taxes to him

Original post made by Trump's Tax Cut Man, Menlo Park: Sharon Heights, on May 19, 2016

In the height of arrogance and hypocrisy, Donald Trump refuses to release his tax information to American voters, but demands his VP candidates disclose decades of tax returns to his team. His reason?

> VP hopefuls *will* have to hand over their tax returns to the campaign.
> "That's normal."
> I asked if this was a bit hypocritical, considering Trump won't release his?
> "Trump's not running for Vice President," the source countered."
Web Link

Well, then. Irrefutable logic, that.

Without releasing his taxes, voters will not know exactly how many millions Trump will save in taxes when he reveals his billionaire-centric, deficit-busting tax plan.

Irrefutable.

How does the Trump campaign respond?

Can't possibly be true.

That's a deal breaker to any thinking voter.

hmmmmmm.... I cannot find the campaign's response to these:

Trump paid ZERO taxes on the last returns made public - in the 80's

Web Link

In 2011, he said he would release them after Barack Obama released his long-form birth certificate but never did after the certificate’s release.

In 2014, he said he would “absolutely” release them “if I decide to run for office.”

He criticized the 2012 Republican nominee, Mitt Romney, for delaying the release of his returns. Romney, a former private-equity executive, had come under fire for paying a low tax rate because most of his income came from investments.

“It’s a great thing when you can show that you’ve been successful, and that you’ve made a lot of money,” Trump said at the time.

Romney eventually released returns showing that, for his 2011 taxes, he chose not to take certain deductions, bringing his tax rate more in line with that of average Americans.

Trump, early in his campaign, seemed ready to give voters a look at his tax filings.

In January, he said on NBC’s “Meet the Press” that he was ready to disclose his “very big . . . very beautiful” returns.

But as his campaign gained momentum, Trump backed away from his promise. He first claimed that ongoing audits by the Internal Revenue Service prevent disclosure.

Even the crook Nixon released returns while under audit.

Now they are talking about Newt Gingrich as VP

Such family values - 6 wives for the both of them. Not counting the mistresses and out of wedlock 'settlements' for "John Miller".

Good Lord, Trump will say ANYTHING to deflect from his taxes.

Seriously, Trump went full conspiracy and brought up whitewater and Vince Foster.

Yes, small-handed one, Hillary killed Vince Foster in the park, with her hands.

Or was it Colonel Mustard with the lead pipe in the Library?

I mourn for our country, and yes, the Republican Party.

Who said this?

* Trump is a "LUNATIC"

* Trump is a "CON MAN"

* Trump "cannot be trusted with the nation’s nuclear codes" (said 2 weeks ago)

* Trump might 'urinate on himself'

Who re-started the "Trump has small hands, so therefore....." meme?

Marco Rubio said all that and much, much more about Trump. Now, Rubio supports a man who CANNOT BE TRUSTED WITH THE NUCLEAR CODES for president.

Party before principles, Mr. Rubio?

Party before Country? No wonder Rubio couldn't sell himself. If we are to believe Mr. Rubio at his word, Mr. Rubio must be a traitor.

Rubio supports a man who CANNOT BE TRUSTED WITH THE NUCLEAR CODES for president. Welcome to K Street, Marco. They'll love you there. And you will never be elected as dog catcher.

The last billionaire to run for the GOP nomination just declared Trump to be a dangerous loon.

And this is a guy who will save millions in taxes if trumps tax cuts for billionaires actually passed.

Even the Libertarians can't believe how bad of a candidate Donald Trump has turned out to be.

Former (Republican) Gov. (and now Libertarian candidate) William F. Weld of Massachusetts equated Donald J. Trump’s immigration plan with Kristallnacht, the night of horror in 1938 when rampaging Nazis smashed Jewish homes and businesses in Germany and killed scores of Jews.

But if it was a provocative analogy, it was not a lonely one. Mr. Trump’s campaign has engendered impassioned debate about the nature of his appeal and warnings from critics on the left and the right about the potential rise of fascism in the United States. More strident opponents have likened Mr. Trump to Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini.

Apologies for going Godwin, but Trump brings it out of true conservatives.

I don't see any Republicans defending Trump's hiding of his taxes.

Just like yesterday, when Hillary Clinton SAVAGED Trump on foreign policy, not a single Republican came to his defense afterward.

Not a one. Amazing - one never sees an entire party abandon their leader. This may turn truly ugly once Donald Trump goes off the rails once too often.

Maybe the reason no Republican defended Trump from Hillary Clinton is that she spoke, dare I say it, truth?

"Donald Trump’s ideas aren’t just different, they are dangerously incoherent. They’re not even really ideas. Just a series of bizarre rants, personal feuds, and outright lies."

The supposed rational for the low information voter wanting Trump is because "America needs to be run by a businessman".

Except - Most businessmen recognize that Trump is a disaster for both business AND America.

....................

Businesses reject the businessman: Fortune 500 CEOs prefer Clinton to Trump

58 percent prefer the Democrat to the Republican -
Big company CEOs are generally Republican

Read more here: Web Link

Donald Trump’s business acumen isn’t enough to convince top executives he’s the best choice to lead the country.

In a survey of Fortune 500 CEOs, 58 percent preferred Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton over the Republican presumptive nominee. Forty-two percent preferred Trump.

“Big company CEOs tend to lean heavily Republican,” Fortune said. “But most of the 500 operate on a global scale, and many disagree with Trump’s proposals for raising trade barriers, his stance on immigration, or other comments showing his lack of understanding of the basics of government.”

Trump is a DISASTER for our country.

Anybody but Trump/Clinton/Sanders

Big business doesn't want Trump because if you enforce immigration laws they will be out of business.

Unless you think the 11 million currently in the country aren't working.

Trump's more than just a deadbeat who doesn't pay taxes... he stiffs good working folk as well.

The complete package (of fraud!)

USA Today:

"Donald Trump often portrays himself as a savior of the working class who will "protect your job." But a USA TODAY NETWORK analysis found he has been involved in more than 3,500 lawsuits over the past three decades — and a large number of those involve ordinary Americans … who say Trump or his companies have refused to pay them."

Now McCain is joining Trump in blaming Obama for Orlando tragedy....

McCAIN: Obama is 'directly responsible' for Orlando because he pulled troops from Iraq, bungled Syria
11:23 AM - 16 Jun 2016

Yo, John, it was Bush that signed the SOFA that required us to withdrawal in 2011 (see Condi Rice below.) And, yes, John, yer an idiot.

Can't you just see McCain and Trump in rocking chairs, yelling: "Get offa my lawn, you thug!"

There's the Republican presidential candidates for you. Maybe Trump will talk to McCain about Palin as VP. At least McCain released his taxes!

*******************

Condi Rice, “No Higher Honor,” 2011: We’d given quite a lot of ground on issues such as a withdrawal timetable, consenting to the removal of all U.S. forces by the end of 2011, and we even conceded a limited level of Iraqi legal jurisdiction over our troops. … Ultimately, the compromises we made proved beneficial because the resulting [Status of Forces Agreement] put the end of the war in sight and left the new U.S. president a firm foundation for a successful conclusion of our presence there.

Bush, not Obama. Do not listen to the GOP/Fox revisionist history.

Trump wants to follow the same path as Bush - bust the deficit wide open by giveaway tax cuts for billionaires.

Bush gave us the Bush Recession and America's first trillion dollar deficit along with his tax cuts for millionaires and billionaires. Trump is the same traitor in a different wig, trying to kill the American middle class. It took Obama 5 years to get Bushs deficit down from a trillion to below 400 billion. All without republican help.

"Despite their conceptual differences, however, there is a crucial feature that Mr. Trump’s plan and the House Republicans’ plan share: The biggest tax cuts are reserved for the wealthiest.

“Relative to the current system, the plans are pulling in the same general direction, reducing taxation on capital gains and high-income households,” said William Gale, a co-director of the Tax Policy Center and a former economic adviser to President George H. W. Bush."

If you loved Bush and his trillion dollar deficit, Trump is your orange combover.

Bush was given budget surpluses from Clinton and turned them into a trillion dollar deficit, while cutting taxes for millionaires and billionaires.

Souns like something trump will for sure do; after all, trump is one of the few to ever fail at the most failsafe businesses in the world - running a casino. How on earth does one bankrupt a casino????

Little wonder why he is hiding his taxes.

From Trumps fox interview on his taxes Wednesday

Ironically, Trump was among the choir of those urging Romney in 2012 to release his tax returns more quickly to get those headlines out of the way. Now, it’s Romney who is arguing that Trump is hiding some sort of shocking revelation in his own returns.

Trump releasing his taxes would show one thing clearly: they do not spend much money on speechwriters - just steal a speech or two from Michelle Obama.

A ridiculous campaign, with a narcissist who refuse to hire sufficient staff to prevent fiascoes like this plagiarism.

Total disqualification for public office - if you can't hire staff, you can't run a dog pound, let alone negotiate with the Chinese and Putin.

She stole from other Black women as well:

"Always trust yourself, think for yourself, act for yourself, speak for yourself. Be yourself!" Marva Collins, and Melania Trump

Plagiarizing about hard work, about thinking for yourself. Hire a speechwriting STAFF, you fool. Too cheap! Can't make sound judgement! Trump! Plagiarizing Reagan's "Let's Make America Great Again" logo.

Donald Trump is calling on his friend, Vladimir Putin, to hack American computers and release info on his political opponent. What did you promise Putin last time, Donald?

The same political opponent whom Trump has promised to throw in jail if elected. What kind of banana republic does Trump want America to be?

Trump wants a foreign power to conduct espionage against his political opponent.

This is no longer 'just' Rovian/Nixonian dirty GOP politics; Trump is clearly a national security threat to America.

True............ (4%)
Mostly True......(11%)
Half True........(16%)
Mostly False.....(16%)
False............(37%)
Pants on Fire....(17%

So why are we surprised when he lies about his taxes?

Van Susteren to Trump, on why he is unwilling to release tax returns that have passed audit, even if he still refuses to publicize his most recent taxes.

"Most people don't care about it," Trump responded. "I’ve had very, very little pressure.”

EVERY presidential candidate releases their taxes. Trump got all over Mitt Romney for only releasing one year.

Liar, liar, pants on fire.

We all know Trump is hiding three things:
1. he pays next to nothing in taxes.
2. he has virtually NO charitable donations
3. he is not anywhere as rich as he claims to be

Instant political death.

That's why he can NOT release his taxes.

ABC news - Warren Buffett laughs at Trump's cheap ploy and lies about his tax returns:

"he would meet Trump "any place, any time between now and election" to go over each other's tax returns. The GOP nominee has claimed that he can't release his tax returns because he is being audited.
"Now I've got news for him, I'm under audit too," Buffett said. "There are no rules against showing your tax returns and just let people ask us questions about the items that are on there."

Buffett instead suggested that Trump is withholding his tax returns intentionally.

"You're only afraid if you've got something to be afraid about," he told to the crowd. "He's not afraid of the IRS. He's afraid because of you."
