One from the Heart Breakfast, with Guest Speaker Author Alexander McCall Smith

Original post made by Russell Ferretti-Hoyle, Menlo Park: Central Menlo Park, on Sep 13, 2016

Be a part of Pathways’ compassionate and caring mission. This inspirational breakfast has become a “must attend” for over 600 supporters of Pathways, as well as for corporate and community leaders, and medical professionals. One from the Heart annually honors individuals and organizations that have made an enduring contribution to hospice and health care.

This year’s featured speaker is internationally acclaimed author Alexander McCall Smith, CBE, FRSE, best known as the creator of The No. 1 Ladies’ Detective Agency series, with central character Mma Precious Ramotswe, the most famous fabricated personage in all of Botswana.

Over the past twenty-six years, the One from the Heart Awards Breakfasts have raised more than $5.4 million to ensure extraordinary hospice and home health care for the Bay Area.

If you only attend one event this fall, it should definitely be One from the Heart!
