Ultra Conservative Arizona Republic condemns Trump, endorses Hillary Clinton

Original post made by Eton, Atherton: other, on Sep 28, 2016

"the United States ... demand a steady hand, a cool head and the ability to think ... Hillary Clinton understands this. Donald Trump does not."

The Arizona Republic endorsed a Democrat for president - the first time in its 126-year history: .

"The challenges the United States faces domestically and internationally demand a steady hand, a cool head and the ability to think carefully before acting.

Clinton has the temperament and experience to be president. Donald Trump does not.

Yet despite her flaws, Clinton is the superior choice.

She does not casually say things that embolden our adversaries and frighten our allies. Her approach to governance is mature, confident and rational.

Clinton retains her composure under pressure. She’s tough. She doesn’t back down.

Trump responds to criticism with the petulance of verbal spit wads.

That’s beneath our national dignity.

When the president of the United States speaks, the world expects substance. Not a blistering tweet."

Hard to argue - Trump is a disaster. Clinton will keep America strong and in good stead with our allies around the world.

Hilliary Clinton states arriving under sniper fire in Bosnia,

Video shows her standing on the Tarmack w/ 7th grade kids.

Hilliary opposes Gay Marriage.

Hilliary defends Bill against charges of multiple mistresses, and women accusing Bill of rape,
Gennifer Flowers, Juanita Broaddrick, Paula Jones, Elizabeth Ward Gracen,

Hilliary Calls Monica Lewinsky, a 19 yr. old intern in the White House, a "Looney Bimbo".

All on video, Google it, straight from her mouth to your ears,

Compare this to Trump saying "miss piggy"

Conservative newspaper - "Trump responds to criticism with the petulance of verbal spit wads."

As does the poster above.

Somehow he thinks attacking Bill Clinton makes us ignore Trumps public infidelities and Trumps egotistically gloating to the tabloids about cheating on his three wives and kids. The ultimate narcissist.

An odd attack considering the source. Please keep it up - the married woman demographic is swinging heavily against Trump. Look at the poll released Wednesday.

No attack on Bill, you're trying to divert.

It was her visciously attacking the women he took advantage.

The voters need to know,

but don't take my word for it. You can watch her say it on video.

"according to a new NBC News|SurveyMoney poll taken after the first presidential debate, a majority of women aren't convinced.

Twenty-seven percent of likely women voters said the debate made them think worse of Trump.
Meanwhile, nearly a third, or 30 percent, said their opinion of Clinton had improved, compared to 22 percent of men. Women were also far likelier to say Clinton won the debate, by a 10-point margin over men."

Clinton is playing chess, while Trump and Westbrook are playing checkers.

He snapped at every bit of bait Monday night.

Please keep telling us how the adulterer Trump, who calls women "fat pigs" is better for women than Clinton.

Please continue.

Trump in 99:

Trump took a different tact in the late ’90s, when the scandal was at its peak, defending then-President Bill Clinton against the “moralists” and hypocrites in Congress and arguing that the scandal wouldn’t have been that bad

if only Clinton had chosen to carry on an affair with a supermodel instead.

Trump at one point compared himself directly to Bill Clinton, telling CNBC in 1998,

“Can you imagine how controversial I’d be? You think about him with the women. How about me with the women? Can you imagine?”

Trump is so unhinged on what he feels is his right to degrade women that he won't let go of his attacks on then 20 year old Miss Universe Alicia Machado.

It was bad enough when 3 old white guys with a combined dozen marriages and hundreds of adulterous affairs (Trump Guilliani and Gingrich) attack her all week.

Now Trump comes unglued with a late night tweet-storm on Machado, smearing her over and over about an alleged sex tape and much, much more. (google it - "Sept 30 Trump tweet storm")

A 70 year old, gets up in the middle of the night and tweets out a storm about sex tapes of beauty pageant winners?

Presidential.

Where are the Trump defenders?

Podesta replies:

“I'm almost @realDonaldTrump's age, so get the urge to get up in the middle of the night, but impt safety tip: don't reach for your phone,”

Meanwhile, Clinton is in Florida, questioning Trump on his ties to Castro Cuba and Trump's illegal activities with Castro.

Adios, Florida.

And Trump's tricky electoral map goes up in flames without Florida.

But please tell us more about the 20 year old beauty contestant!

The 3am tweets indicate a sick, unhealthy mind/emotional state.

Tell me where that's wrong. You know it's true.

When the USA Today went with their views: "USA TODAY's Editorial Board: Trump is 'unfit for the presidency'" it must have been fantastic when all the Trump logo'd properties had to scurry around and snatch up all the newspapers that told everyone he is too dangerous a loon to serve as president.

Irrelevant. Trump's voters don't read newspapers (or anything else for that matter). Ask Sarah Palin what newspapers she reads.

Trump doesn't read either, as evidenced by his debate disaster.

He does tweet trash about Miss Universe winners at 3am though.

Here's a bit o' trivia:

Q: Who has more newspaper endorsements than Trump?

A: Everyone!

Well, not Stein, but Gary Johnson does - he leads Trump 5-zip, though well behind Clinton.

Pretty bad when the tongue grabbing, Aleppo guy who can't remember Vicente Fox's name has more endorsements!

Looks like there's finally a couple of newspapers looking to endorse Trump....

Predators Picayune Union

The Tic Tac Tribune

They are about the only papers that will endorse Trump. Looks like all the other papers know what they were doing.
