Trump has no incentive to keep gas prices down. Putin's pick for our Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson wants them up, as would be expected for a former Exxon CEO. We'll see what actions he takes in the next year. Clearly, they will reward Putin by removing sanctions.
Obviously, Russia demands higher prices as a solution to faltering economy. And for Putin (the world's richest crook) to skim more off the top.
Slowly rising. The spike comes by this summer. Have some payback to deliver for his boys.
