I understand that many of the homeless in an around MP have some mental health issues - BUT, that is no reason for the TJ employee to think there should be no punishment. Next time this happens who is to say that fella doesn't charge a child getting a lollipop from the sample station? I shop there, I see the children in that line all the time after they find the monkey...
Screw the electric train, let's help the mentally ill.

Clunge, helping the mentally ill is a great idea. Treatment for this man is likely to be more effective than punishment.

Probably a good human being, not getting the help he really needs because the gov't doesn't put enough money into mental health services, instead puts it into the pockets of gov't workers and other programs that are fabricated to look like they're reaching the population that they're supposedly serving when really, the services are minimal and put so much responsibility on the individual who is just not capable of managing the requirements to comply and successfully benefit...nevermind the fact that they're homeless and dealing with substance abuse... These folks fall through the cracks over and over again until they end up in a nursing home on state medicaid or dead on the streets.
