Deputies rescue Cupertino man from overturned vehicle

A 70-year-old man was found alive in an overturned vehicle down a 30-foot embankment along Highway 84 on Thanksgiving Day (Nov. 22) after being reported missing the night before.

I was thinking the other day how few crash barriers there are on 84 and Old La Honda roads. How much does it cost to install them and put reflectors on them to highlight the curves.
