Three households recognized for welcoming native plants, critters

While Portola Valley is not Eden for the plants that dwell there -- they do have pathogens to contend with -- the yards of the winners of the 2018 Backyard Habitat awards are surely among the friendlier confines on the Peninsula.

He could have mentioned that our Woodside program was the template for Portola Valleys! More than 50 BYH awards have been given to homes in Woodside!
