Woodside: Home burglar nabbed after a revealing social media rant

An East Palo Alto woman faces felony burglary and robbery charges after walking into an apparent stranger's house in Woodside on Sunday afternoon
and live-streaming a rant on social media before stripping to her underwear and walking into the backyard of the home, San Mateo County Sheriff's investigators said.

56SIt seems obvious that this woman was in a manic episode of bipolar illness. She is, thus, out of her mind and should not be prosecuted for the crimes reported. She needs help, and I hope society provides such help for this person---who seems to be mentally ill.
