Take the volunteer time of these council members and put it to better use. A meeting to sit around and say stuff like "yes, we agree with the goal of fiscal responsibility"? We have the goal of "Preserving small town character and quality of life"?

It's a waste of time. Use the time to do meaningful things. Maybe this is why this council is unelected at this point. Who wants to deal with this nonsense?
