Menlo Park’s 13th annual downtown block party, held Wednesday evening (June 12) on Santa Cruz Avenue, drew a crowd of kids, their parents, and strollers enjoying the evening warmth.
The event, sponsored by the city and the Chamber of Commerce, featured live music, food and outdoor dining, mini golf, face painting, a petting zoo and a kid zone.
Photographer Magali Gauthier was there to capture the spirit of the evening with pictures.
This is a fun event that I look forward to each year. It’s great when the community can come together like this.
So much fun! Thanks to all the City Departments for the effort. Public Service, Library, Trivia, parachutes- all really fun and clever.
