Thursday update: Portola Valley schools parcel tax measure trailing behind

Election results as of Thursday afternoon, with 41% of votes counted, show Measure P, a parcel tax measure for the Portola Valley School District, falling short of the votes needed to pass.

California’s molasses-speed vote counting is making the Iowa Caucus counters look like geniuses. Plenty of room for fraud!
