It is accurate to say "Sequoia classrooms are reopening Monday, April 5, to students." Without context a reader might think that students are attending full time in person in the classroom when in fact they are only allowed to attend two days every two weeks. It might be more accurate to say the classrooms are "partially" re-opening.
