This is very sad to see neighbors trying to deprive the community of this much needed safety improvement. I would urge them to voluntarily dismiss their suit. Our kids and all of us need safe routes for walking. This project is long, long overdue and now will be delayed further and require the needless spending of our tax dollars to defend against this. Shame.
