San Mateo County MAY be getting an equitable distrii, but getting appointments is close to impossible. SF and Santa Clara counties have lots of slots.
I get sending doses to under-served communities, but vaccine hesitancy means the slots aren't being used by the locals, and a lot are being used by the people who aren't hesitant that drive into these locations.
There is something to be said for using doses where they will be used. San Mateo County uses every dose it gets, quickly. We'd have even higher vaccinated rates if we weren't supply constrained. What good is sending a dose to where people don't want the shots?

Meanwhile in the rest of the country, they are offering incentives to get people vaccinated. Our case numbers and positivity rates have been low, which makes us lowest priority, but it would still be nice to get some vaccine routed in this direction.
